Mechanic left greasy hand prints everywhere he touched on my truck, And I guess he didn't have .time to put down seat covers or at least give my truck a quick vacuum. I was told by the technician that my truck was ready for 20 minutes and no one came to let me know until I went to check on it, I will not take my truck back to the Aiken dealership.

At the dealership, everything was good. We did find that the wiring harness for the trailer was unplugged up under the bumper. They worked on the tailgate, there was no need to have this unplugged. Very odd that it clips in and was working just two days prior. Hmm....

I took my car’s check engine light was on at my oil change appt. The code was PO302. It took 2 weeks to “diagnose” an issue that was diagnosed from the code reading at my oil change a week prior to me dropping off my car. I was not accommodated with a loaner vehicle bc the dealership had none available at all during my car’s stay. After 2 weeks with my car in the dealer’s shop, the parts had to be ordered and vehicle fixed(same issue that the code advised as the issue). The vehicle was picked up on 4/3 after I called daily for status check-ins. My family of 6 only own 1 vehicle and this was a major inconvenience. The rep, Mike, advised that I would be able to get a rental car or similar size from Enterprise, which was a lie. Enterprise states Chevy customer requests are not priority and did NOT honor that promise on Mike’s behalf. Very poor customer service and satisfaction all around for my first ever warranty repair after purchasing many brand new vehicles.

I trust Pierre to be honest with me about what’s going on with vehicle. Cons: didn’t get updated notices either time Suburban was in there last week. Pls remind all mechanics to reset oil life when they do oil changes. Belts were shown as good on oil change visit inspection sheet on Mon., June 9 BUT IN THE YELLOW ( on inspection sheet) 2 days later when it was there for a/c repairs. Why is that?

I brought in 2022 Chevrolet Silverado for routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told tires needed to be replaced. Normally I go to Discount Tire, but I decided to use Master Chevrolet. The tire prices seemed comparable. Later when I picked up my vehicle I went to pay and the bill was higher than I expected. When I asked for someone to walk me through the billing the lady quickly flipped through the paperwork, talked quickly, then was done. A bit frustrated I decided I could review the paperwork on my own later, only to discover I’m still confused. We’ve been using Master Chevrolet since we first bought our truck and have been pleased overall with the service. Last month I helped my son with his first vehicle purchase and he bought a new Chevrolet Trax at Master Chevrolet.

I came in to have my transmission checked and ended up needing a new transmission at 64k miles. As unfortunate as that was Pierre was my advisor and he did and excellent job. It took nearly a month to get approvals from the extended warranty company, get a transmission, and get payment from the warranty company but he was there every step of the way keeping me updated and advocating on my behalf. He called when he said he was going to and was very transparent on the process and how much time it would take. My last experience with Master Chevrolet was not positive, however this recent experience with Pierre was completely opposite.

I asked for bumper to bumper inspection and it wasn’t done. Multi-inspection was done. Multi-inspection did NOT show work that needs to be done in front so that alignment can be done. I took it somewhere else for 2 tires (cause they weren’t in stock there) and when I went back to the other place the next day for alignment, that’s when I found out several parts at front tires need replacing.

I had a bad day . On my way to town my Chevy Silverado just quit , no warning , no noise, just shut off ! I coasted to a wide berm and was able to get off the road . I called a towing service and was at Master's Chevy Dealership in a surprisingly short time . I met Joshua Williams their service manager and immediatley liked him. His friendly assurances and professional manor eased my mind about the diagnostics that still layed ahead . To make a long story short , diagnosed as a faulty fuel pump control module . Replaced it and cleared codes and also replaced a glow plug that I requested changed out . My Duramax came back to life and I'm very well satisfied with my dealings with Master's Automotive . Will use their services again if another bad day should happen !

I was not kept up to speed on process. Name never appeared on the system. It took 3 calls to set up the appointment for an oil and filter change. Took almost 2 hours for the service. The waiting area needs a serious upgrade. in comparison , same service at Kia takes no more than an hour. I get an inspection report and a vacuum and exterior wash .

This was the worst customer service I've received in a long time. I only got communication about my car when I called. When I did I would get told the same thing. My car was there for 14 days, but I was told on day 5 that the parts came in so I'm assuming it was just forgotten about until I kept calling to check the status on it. The day I came to pick it up I wasn't greeted just stared at by one of your service advisors, and made felt like I was a bother. I won't come back to this dealership nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Not really sure what happened. Sent my car in for a fluid leak and engine light on. Sent my car in for service and got a call it would be done by 5:30 the same day. They replaced the radiator cap to fix the leak and returned my car with the light still illuminating on the dash. I don’t understand why they never fixed the problem. They reset the light after I brought it to their attention that it was not fixed, this being one of the two reasons I sent my car in for them to fix. I was told if the light comes back on to call back and set an appointment to leave for another day for them to assess the issue. Why did it not get looked at the first time? Why did the service department state my car was fixed when it obviously still had one of the initial problems I took it in for? If I do bring it back, since I have had y’all do so much work on it this year, will they return it again without fixing it? Why did nobody fix it the first time and ack as if seeing an engine service light still illuminated seemed ok without any question to me the customer, even though that is one of the reasons it went to the shop. I had taken a few days off because I figured it would be a few days, now I am asked to reschedule another appointment and leave my car. This truly should have been taken care of this visit I am giving you feedback on. I truly want to give a lower rating.

I have been diagnosed with ALS and to say that life is difficult especially walking and talking, has been challenging, so when my Trailblazer was giving me all kinds of warnings both dashboard and email that my oil life was at 2% and needed service now! Well I was very anxious to say the least of how am I going to get my car into Master, I had no help with this, and the thought of bringing it into the service area made me nuts. So I called and tried to be as clear with my speech as I could when I spoke to Amber, I apologized for my speech and she was as sweet as can be “it’s ok take your time” she said. So I explained my situation and this blew me away when she then said “ we can have someone come and pick up the car and get it serviced and return it to you”. Well In all my years I have never had a car dealer do anything like this before, I was really speechless! Every time I go in for service it’s always been pleasant, I actually miss going in. The dealership was wonderful to work with on buying the vehicle. I am still waiting part of my IOU that was set up on the day of purchase. I am having issues with the new car that I shouldn't be having and would like to have them address if I need to bring the vehicle back. SO the dealership have the car over night to fix the factory door jam paint issue and back seat cup holder. Once I picked it up, that night I lost control of my heating and air system. When adjusting the temperature, it automatically went to a temperature I didn't want sent. Even turning the unit off, it came back on. The next day it went back to normal but noted that issue. Than I lost the Apple car play option on the screen. Had to do an infotainment reset to get that back working. Make noted. Now today the rear gate will not work correctly. It says it is turned off. Not sure how that could happen but this is the third thing to happen electronically on a brand new car that is not every 3 months old.
