Saturday I purchased a 2026 Traverse from Master Chevrolet in Aiken. I had been corresponding with Brandon and when we arrived he greeted us. He let us know he was with a customer and then referred us to Travis. Travis was great! He listened to what I wanted and was patient with my questions. The purchasing part of the transaction was quick and easy. He and Brandon stayed past closing time to help us get our car seat and a few other things out of our trade in and into the new one. Polite, good communication. I would like an in advance estimate and a full EV charge when its returned. Also, parts not in stock despite having made an appointment in advance is annoying.

Travis was wonderful- I was dealing with the loss of my husband and trying to get our vehicles figured out. I was looking for a manageable payment on a new vehicle with a warranty so I could have peace of mind for the next 3-5 years. Travis was not pushy at all and mindful of everything. He answered all questions and concerns and made the process quick and seamless. He was sensitive to the fact seeing our vehicles both go was hard. He double checked to make sure I had all my husband's items and even found his sunglasses I had almost forgotten.
