Travis was wonderful- I was dealing with the loss of my husband and trying to get our vehicles figured out. I was looking for a manageable payment on a new vehicle with a warranty so I could have peace of mind for the next 3-5 years. Travis was not pushy at all and mindful of everything. He answered all questions and concerns and made the process quick and seamless. He was sensitive to the fact seeing our vehicles both go was hard. He double checked to make sure I had all my husband's items and even found his sunglasses I had almost forgotten. Those little things mean a lot and I'm thankful he was the one who helped me that day.
